Classism refers to discrimination based on class origin or class membership and limits access to housing, educational attainment, health care, power, participation, recognition and money. The workshop gives an introduction to this often forgotten form of discrimination.
How does classism show up in the cultural sphere and what can we practically do about it? In conversation, we will question our own class position and try to recognise learned classist thought patterns. The workshop is open to all, affected and non-affected. Please briefly describe your interest and your position on the topic when registering.
