Hamburg has a lively independent performing arts scene. This requires a close-meshed network of training and funding opportunities, newcomer formats and entry aids for newcomers and graduates. How can we keep this constantly changing network up to date and maintain it in the long term? The panel will start with a keynote speech that gives an overview of important local artists, their careers and the conditions that have made it possible for them to establish themselves in Hamburg, and will end with a subsequent panel.
